Question about PSNs

How easy is it for someone to take a PSN back? If a PSN has no trophies does that mean it is safe to play on without being worried about it being pulled back and you getting console banned?

I have a few PSNs and I want to play on one that has trophies but I'm worried about the owner before me trying to take it back. Any way I can fully secure a PSN?

Also, is it still possible for people to ban PSNs?
 
Since it's stolen YOU will NEVER be able to fully secure it. Either the guy you brought it off of can take it back, someone who knows how to get psns can. But if the Og Calls/chat it in (depending on agent) all he would need is the D.O.B and the Og console Serial number the account was created on. And when you call a psn in They temp ban it keep calling they'll just perma ban it.
 
There's always going to be a risk man.
You can secure it as best as you can though. If the account has been inactive for awhile and it was freshly jacked you'll probably be fine.
Not too sure if there's a method that'll work without fail though.
 
If someone were to call in the tag that I play on and successfully jack it, would I get console banned?

Also, what does D.O.B mean?

I doubt you'd get banned.
And D.O.B = Date of birth.

Check http://www.psnprofiles.com & check when they last played. Trophies don't mean shit. If it gets took back so what, it didn't cost you anything. Its all part of the fun.
 
If psn is anything like xbox, jacked accounts are safe after a year. Your trophies aren't going to mean shit, it jist depends on whether the owner is aware and wants it back or not.

I'm on it, but where do I check when they last played?
 
To make sure you can always take back the PSN, you need atleast 3 of these things. Name on the account, address, creation serial number, DOB, and last 2 transactions made. To be safe, buy 2 cheap things on the marketplace and write them down on a notepad.

With this being said, its also really easy for the person that sold it to you to take it back as they most likely know all this info too. Make sure you buy from a legit person and make sure you know atleast 3 of the things I listed.
