Question about Power

So, if I purchase the Power award with Koins, does that give me both the award and the userbar or do I need to have the donator award for the userbar?

Power award? Before power is put on your account you need donator, once you have both you'll get the donator award and power award. Keep in mind you need to pay with real money for donator.
