Question about Paypal

I was recently scammed out of $75 by the user Bursty. I need that money back really badly. He kept telling me that his pp was limited so he couldn't refund the money. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get my money back. Maybe I can call Paypal to see what they can do. Does anyone know anything else I can do?

Oh alright lol. He wanted to use my Paypal account. He said we could share it.. He also wanted to use my credit card and then he wanted me to pay him $25 after I pai him $75. Then when I said no to him he blocked me on aim and banned me off of ogmarket.
 
Lol never give out ur PP account especially if theres a credit card on it. Kinda common sense

Yeh I know. And that's what I told him but he didn't listen. Anyways I didn't give anything to him other than the money.
 
If you send it as a gift there is only one thing you can do. File a disbute for unauthorized transaction. But the best bet would be to call in and sound really pissed but poilte. And they will end it in your favor.

call paypal and say you sent the money to the wrong person like say you were sending it to a friend and you put the wrong email which happened to be taken worked for me 3 times ive been scammed
 
Thank you everyone! I called Paypal and they told me that if Bursty does not respond to the claim in 10 days that I will be fully refunded!
