Just a quick quality test with my Elgato, decided to record some Dark Souls. It's just a simple run of the Asylum with some extra (remember to watch until the end). This is raw, unedited footage besides the added text. Let me know what you guys think (watch in 1080p obviously for the best experience). Hope you enjoy. Watch on the actual YouTube homepage for better quality as well, the embedded video is shrunken down and distorts most of the text and visuals.

It was $180, around the price of an HDPVR however it's smaller, slightly better quality, has better hardware (does HDMI along with Component and Composite and can record 1080p while playing in 1080p), and the software is miles better.
 
My friend has an Elgato, They are probably the best recording device out right now.
Very good quality, Subbed and liked as well!
 
Very nice quality. I've been looking at HDPVR's and Elgato's, just not sure which one to get.
 
Looks pretty nice. Are you gonna start recording a lot?

No idea, might do some Halo 4 if I can find my copy.
