I'm experimenting with lines and gradients.

I decided to create an abstract piece (only 70% done) and I'd just like to see what you guys think or would like to suggest before I finish it.

Keep in mind: as stated above, it's only about 70% completed.

I made the gradients myself.. from scratch.

Just finishing up all of the final touches.

EDIT: Whoops, I'll add it to the original post.
 
The focused object looks more like a 3D diamond than a pyramid due to the reflection. It shouldn't be facing 6 o'clock when the light source is at 11, so work on the lighting bit. Apart from that, it looks good.

It's meant to be abstract. The shadowing and lighting wasn't meant to match.

Ah alright then, my bad. I never really was familiar with abstracts. Anyways, good job on the piece.
