proxys for recovering?

Anyone have a good site for proxys they use for recovering? Trying to find one for Slovakia that will actually load the Runescape page.

you can use hide my ass, but dont use it for more than recovering because they hand over logs. Someone got arrested recently and hide my ass showed the police the logs without evening going to court.
