Hardly an investment if you don't know what you're doing. Many forums die after ownership change, I was apart of pretty successful ones that immediately died within 2-4 months after. IF ANYTHING its going to cost you alot more and you won't even see an even profit if you don't market the forum properly.
Basically there is no money to be made from an "investment" of a forum. Only few get lucky like FK here but Philly had money and many people backing him from the start, also FK didn't copy anything it was its own niche that really didnt have a home yet and thats selling OG accounts, no other place has a huge OG user base and won't.
