Project Neptune is back and better than ever, with brand new settings, new functionality, and complete stability.
Project Neptune includes many features that separate it from similar programs and simply make it the best - and no, these features and functions aren't half-way coded, dinky scripts. Each of these functions are entirely custom coded and heavily tested. These features are listed below, and are in accordance to the screenshots of the tabs above. Keep in mind that Premium features are excluded and there's more on those after this section.

Project Neptune Premium unlocks and maintains the complete, untamed version of the monster. It gives you access to plenty of extra features and, most importantly, allows you to support your favorite logger. While we wish the we could have ran on donations alone, we know from the past that it simply didn't work. Because of this, we decided to give users who show support to the project a better version of the program (if you donated to the past versions with any amount, contact me now for your free Premium (and beta testing)!). This is why we consider all Premium upgraders donors more than anything else - and who would wrongly treat a donor? This adds a uniqueness that helps with file detection rates and, if a more experienced person is investigating your file, it helps with suspicion levels. So, instead of the screenshot of the obfuscated file you may have seen earlier, you'll see this. I'm using a Cyrillic based charset in that picture.

After a long wait, I'm glad to announce that Project Neptune is finally and officially back. Most of the changes in this version are huge fixes and preparation for the Premium release, so you're going to have to hold out until then to see what's truly up. Personally, I can't wait - and you'll understand why when it gets here.
Finally, make sure you're aware that everything you do with this program is entirely to your discretion and that you are solely responsible for your actions while using it. If you don't agree with any of this, do not download or use this program in any way. Most importantly, however, if you do agree with this, make sure you have fun! Also, make sure you visit the program's homepage at http://www.project-neptune.net - while parts of it may be down at the moment, the rest of the site will be up soon.
One last note: The free version currently isn't FUD. Once the premium version is released, I will release a FUDed free version once. Most likely, however, that'll be the limit - it's not a bad idea to invest in a crypter as part of your hacking career, by the way.
