Problem With CS:GO Chat. Help?

My chat works fine throughout the game, but for some reason during half time and after the match, I cant talk to other people. My mic just doesnt seem to work for some reason.

I talked to my friend and we both use the same key to talk (the scroll wheel) and he can talk in between and after the match. If anybody knows a solution to this please let me know.
