It should be stopped.
kids must be sent to school and enjoy their childhood.
Parents are the one's responsible to work for their kids and not the kids to work for their parents.
So,we must be vigilant to report any child abuse and also those companies who are hiring kids as laborers.

It is definitely against the law of the land to allow these children to work not unless they are approved by a certain department. It is against the right of the children's right. They should be in school instead of doing laborious work for themselves and for their family. This kind of situation should be reported and look upon with. It is not part of the rights of children to work - they should be cared and love.

This happens because parents are the ones who either ask, encourage, coerce or force their children send these innocent young people to work. And this should not be the case. Every state must implement tough policies against this practice. And using poverty as an excuse by most people should be considered invalid excuse.

Most of the times when parents are too poor, they seek children as their potential bread winners and other helping earning hands in the family. Thus they send them to work places at meager wages so as to make living comfortable.

It is pity that there is no law against this parent invoking child labor.

parent should send their child in school it is the right of a child to learn not to work in their young age. for me those parent should give punishment like imprisonment when they are caught in that wrong doing. they are like criminal they don't have soul and heart.

there are more worst thing that child labouring tist child abusing like that and many people use child to get some criminal activity cus child are cannot go to jail

Throughout history, children have been working under very unhealthy and hazardous conditions. Their working environments were so unsafe that fatal accidents were an everyday routine. Presently, there are about 250 million children under the age of 15 who are a part of the labor industry. The working conditions have not changed; in fact, they have gotten worse. Children who spend most of their waking hours working are condemned to a life of poverty, illiteracy, and prolonged their misery.

Millions of children work under the agriculture sector, the manufacturing industry, and perform various types of service. They perform grueling and demanding tasks and in return receive only meager wages. Many develop severe health problems due to their working conditions.

I just hope parents and other individuals will care more for the children so instead of making them work they should aid these children in going to school to ensure a good and promising future.

child labor is the major problem. Mainly countries have very tight rules against it but only a few countries follow them. In India there is very tight rules against child labor but it is only for formalities. We can found them anywhere from houses to shops; from fields to factories.
To stop them government should be strictly apply their rules and we all should be support government rules and obey them.

My husband is a registered social worker in our area. Whenever he gets home, he would tell me something new about what happened throughout the day, mostly about minors involved in child labor or crime. I listen to him so he could let the feelings out because sometimes he get's affected because he is a father too you know. Usually, it is about a kid asking for financial assistance from the government so the kid can go to school instead of working all day long in a public market. But it's not only about child labor, what about children that are involved in crimes like stealing, drugs, or even PMS or rape, little girls getting pregnant, there are a lot of things happening around the world and if you ask me, I would definitely blame the parents first.

Most of these labors are from low income group, they work for make some money for their survival. if they loose their jobs, they will have to stay hunger. so i think either government should provide food and other facilities to these people or they have to work for their survival.
