Well, I start probation soon So I won't be able to smoke for 6 months guys, idk what I will do until then. I'll probably just drink and smoke cigs a lot.

Here's how I'm going to be on Probo:

This happened on Oct 5th, 2012:
So on Friday night before my Schools football game, I drank with a few friends like usual. But this time I drank way too much. We were drinking Captain Morgan by the way. So anyways, when I got there I was drunk, feeling good. But then it fucking hit me like 15 mins later... And that's when I blacked out.. Everything was a blur. My friends and parents told me I was throwing up, and slurring and stumbling around. I was seen by the cops throwing up and then my principal came over. Apparently I blew a .16 on a weak breath, and I was basically in shock, and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Then I woke up around 1 a.m. Too find my self in the hospital and the nurse said I had a BAC of .21 (that's 3x the legal limit). Now I am charged with an underage, drunk in public, and the possession of a smoking pipe (A bowl). So I have all those fines to take care of, probation and not being able to get my license. And I am either getting a 45 day suspension or longer at school, or expulsion.

Oh yeah, and I was told I threw up in the bed of my Principles truck :3

The next week I had the meeting with my school, I am Kicked out of my school until the Second Semester. I can't go on any School grounds, school events. Unless I get permission from my Principle.

The other week:
I got my citations, and met with the PO on Wednesday, he told me what was going to happen. He took my picture, and yadda yadda... In 3 weeks I have a home evaluation (He comes and makes sure I live in good living conditions). Then after that, I have to wait for a meeting with the District Attorney, and then she tells me if I have to go to court or not. And how much my fines are for the Underage, Drunk in public.

Are any of you going to be on probation? Or have been on probation?
 
I have drank too much and blacked out before, I was told that my cousin drove me home and that I was throwing up all over, but there are almost never police officers here so I wasn't charged with anything and my dad just told me not to drink so much next time

Yeah that's basically what happened to me too, but I was chugging a 40 of Wisers

Captains with coke is good. Haven't had any Captains in a while though.

Holy fucking shit! I have had a similar experience with codeine and I was sipping way too much haha. But you can get "flush free" niacin. You can pick it up at Walmart. They will be 500MG pills and to keep smoking on probation you can smoke all week until Saturday, then you take one pill every three hours for three pills a day. So for example you could take one at noon, three and six on both Sunday and Saturday. Come Monday when you need to piss, you will be clean. try it with a fake drug test from Walmart. Pass this on.

I get drunk a lot too, but damn you one crazy son of a bitch!
 
Simply put, when they come to your house to check it out, they look for fire arms, narcotics, alcohol, etc etc so make sure your parents dont have that shit in sight.
I been on probation a few times, never finish it always get locked up again towards the end, (Finishing my first probation sentence next week its weird) Just dont fuck up cause if you do good, they might be able to get the shit removed from your record =)
 

Yeah, that's what I heard.
But I cleaned my room out of everything.

And yeah, they told me i'll be on informal adjustment;

- 6 months probation
- 20 hours community service
- if I don't get in any trouble for a year, they exponge my record for free

And I don't plan on fucking up, I might smoke like once or twice the day after I get drug tested.

Cause they said I would get tested once a month.
 
They can call you in at any givin time for a random bro lol dont fall for that shit cause they can hit you with a random one any time they please, and they would make more money that way (you would not only be locked up so they get money off the state everyday you are in there, but still have to pay probation fees and shit)

My probation officer came today, I officially started probation today :/
I get off on june 5th.
 
I passed my first drug test yesterday for probation!

The only hard part about probation is going to be the 20 hours of community service.
 
That's some pussy shit lol. I had to do 75 hours, and was on for a year. It sucked, but I needed it and am glad I had to go through it.
 
I don't do drugs or beer, unless I'm at a party or something.
