Hmm maybe 150-200 usd if your lucky. And about Gold4rs. I'dd say they pay u no more then 150 tbh think even bit lower. they are always trying to get th accs for minimum they can. they dont care about how long someone trained it.

I sold my maxed range tank, and my 2000+ main (with questcape) to them and they paid about 120$ each.
