Don't got my computer with Photoshop on it at the moment, I am using my Linux comp, so I cannot do graphics. Would someone take on this quik request?

I am hoping someone can make this image transparent (Basic .png shit). Hair stays black, just drop the black background. Thanks to whoever takes this on.

Maybe i'm asking too much, but would you mid putting an outer glow on it to get rid of the black around the image that didn't grab? Bout 15px should do it!
