Best thing you can do is make the money back and transfer it to your mom's card. Either that or have the chargeback figured out.

OP, I understand your situation and wish the best for a solution. There are many ways to win a charge back. I haven't used PayPal in a while but I would suggest calling them. Tell them the truth. The truth is always the best.
