This is not an Onyx giveaway, it is a Power+ giveaway. If you win then you will be upgraded to Power+ after you are eligible and meet all of the prerequisites.

Would be fair considering the price, but this is a give away for power+ not onyx. I dont think Philly would give you onyx in a Power+ giveaway but idk.
