You do not need to be a member of ForumKorner for one year. There are no set requirements for Power+ besides having the Master Donator award.

To obtain Power, you must be upgraded to Onyx, and have the Donator award before you can purchase Power.

For Power+, you you must have the Master Donator award, and you must be accepted by Philly.
