Posting Interval, set it to 20 seconds

I think it should be set to 20 seconds since I like to type and post fast it is so annoying when it wont let me post and says "Please wait 19 more seconds"
 
i mean there is a reason that they have this and ideas like this have been turned down many times. But personally i think it should be lowered a little too.
 
There's been so many threads asking for this, Its not going to happen i'm pretty sure.
 
You can barely read a whole thread every 20 seconds nevermind post a reply too. The current timer is fine, some kids spam enough as it is.
 
I partially agree with both sides here but either way I am fine with this.
