Solidity has a good point. We have our own naming rights. If I named my username on skype powerbot and scammed people, I would assume those who I scammed wouldn't create a scam report using that skype name, but rather the powerbot username to which I used when they began the trade threough the website. If a trade is done outside of the website, then you can in no way shape or form hold any liability.
 

Yeah, well, he didn't pick "Runegear" so "runegear" is assassin's. It's not yours, it's property of skype.

Funniest thing was I was going to create a new skype for myself just for RG matters dealing with Stolen ACC's etc. It was gunna be RuneGear.

Hummm, I got allot of friends on the account thats the main problem.
I shouldn't be punished for having the account and i have never preforemd a trade on RuneGear and i wouln't use skype to do that i just made the account randomly and then i forgot my old skype name.(It was like atryou4you or something.)
So i started using the account RuneGear instead.
I don't think i deserve a punishment for not giving you the account and every time i present myself to a member of RuneGear i do its as Assassin from RuneGear and would never inpersonate staff members.

I will maybe give the account to you but i will have to decide later.
For now I'm keeping the account and will add some people when i get home.

As said before this account have only been used for my friend in real life and 2 members of RuneGear.

Sorry for fail spelling at school.

2. I'm not wrong. What you're trying to do, punish someone for this, is selfish.
3. When I said 'Even so, TE doesn't own Skype', I meant he doesn't own the damn corporation, and as a result, just like you, has no right to tell his members what Skype username to use. Not to mention, you're trying to punish him for something that our rules never initially forbid in the first place.
 

He is using our site name and posting it on our site. We have every right to tell him to stop using it.

I have sent a request to Mike(Techno) what e-mail I'm gonna put it in so that he can do his idea.

I'm gonna create a new account and add it up there.
I will do anything for RuneGear.

Really? REALLY? You're giving up your skype name just because he asked you to? God, if that was me I'd tell techno to fuck off because it's my account. Though, I would have never named myself after a website.
 
I gave RuneGear to Mike(Techno) today so its to late but I really just don't want to get dragged down that shit and have people arguing over the account so i gave it to him.

I felt like that would be the best way out and i stick with my decision.

Anyway i believe that Mike has taken the account now i haven't checked if the old password works.
