Update: That CPU is easily OC'd at 4.0
You CAN get a better CPU, but no point in doing it if the AMD will suffice.

For a Budget for $1000 you can get i7 2600k 3.8GHZ 12GB of RAM and Dual GTX460

Sir I do believe you are missing multiple parts from your "amazing build".

First, a motherboard. Then, a PSU. Also, a power supply. You'd also need to include some form of hard drive.
