I really do not recommend astro a40s, I've had mine for six months and they're already screwing up.

Would donate but I'm broke as the majority of the community is.

 
Just a small note, the headset you linked seems to not have the mixamp, and to use on the 360, I believe you need the mixamp. It's allot more with the mixamp.
