Well,

I think we should make the upcoming staff get verified so there will no way to scam and there will be no motive to scam.

This will make sure NO staff pull anything.

I think this is a hit because well there is no miss really, why would you disagree?

I don't see the poll but I 100% agree this should be a thing. 
 
No, someone can be unverified and still be possibly even more reputable than a verified person.
Verification is only a stamp of approval/title.

I think stupid would be a better word than dedicated. 
 
Think of it this way, whether you are a Staff member or not you are still as equal as the next. Just because you're Staff doesn't mean you are more or less trusted than anyone on the forum.

Agreed. I only trust 3 people on this site lol. Only 1 is staff. 
 
This isn't a bad idea, but I don't think it would run smoothly if it were implemented.
