Poll on Two Letters/Characters

So in many threads normally a two letter sells more than a two character. To my calculations you can only make 676 two letters and 260 two character tags.
For example:
Two Letter: O S
Two Character: e 6
Why are two letters more valued if the two characters are almost three times as rare?

Vote which you think should sell for more. I am pretty interested in the results. This is a poll on random two letters/two characters. I know that two letters with meaning will be a lot more

My point of view.
Two letter: looks nice.
two character: Rare
 
I've noticed that as well. 3 Letters, sell for $5-10 more than say H71, but on paper H71 is rarer. Interesting the way the market works. Actually 3 characters, and 2 characters should always be worth more as in theory they are harder to get.

I completely agree. But if the two letter is like Q X then I view the two character nicer.
 
Well they're both 3 characters so the debate is invalid.

They're not considered to be 3 character's although they are if you get technical.
 
On paper they might be rarer but in all reality numbers = eww.
