[Plugin] Show Additional Usergroups

Got this idea from Reality.
This is a plugin that shows a user's additional usergroups in their profile. Quite a nice plugin.

We used to have extra usergroups, they just disappeared.

I can't think of a reason to take them off.

It's because of that profile comments thing.

I think the additional usergroups is better than profile comments. And if the profile comments is really wanted, then implement both.
