[size=large]Consoling a tag on 360 error[/size]​
Hello everyone, tonight I've had an issue with consoling my gamertag. ​
My friend helped me swap my tag I bought from him on to my main and now I can't re-download it on to my Xbox 360.
The tag is not glitched you can still look it up and it shows but I just can't console it on my 360.​
the tag and my main were both consoled before Me and my friend swapped so I don't know the issue why it's doing this.​
Any Suggestions on what I should with this issue? I would call MS but they are retards that don't know what their doing.​
 
try downloading it to another 360, then put your profile on a flash drive and bring it to your main xbox

We tried to two diff consoles and that didn'[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]t work [/font]

Alright I will when I get home and I tried deleting system update and re-downloading it but that didn't work

Lulz alright but idk i doubt it will i was thinking about changing the alias but that prolly wouldn't work
 
I've had the same issue at one point and what fixed it for me is clearing the cache a few times. After that my account could be downloaded on my Xbox 360.

I tried that several times and it still wont let me download it :/ @Devil
 
wow ms really needs to get things sorted out i had to call them the other day and the rep i got was very up to date on info that was relevant from about 2 to 3 years ago no help at all had to hangup and try again lmao

I can't even update my 360, if that makes you feel better. Time to rid of that shit.

Did you use an Xbox One to swap?

No, I swapped on Xbox.com and if I could get more games for the one and more friends then I might just stay on the one because most of my friends play 360.
 
We fixed both the account and gamertag by simply swapping the gamertag, it's all good now
