Please help me.

Before I say anything, I know this is in the wrong forum, I just don't know where to post it, and I'm sorry for that but this needs to be taken care of. My friend (Who keep in mind is autistic) just got scammed by the Xbox User "YRG Capo". He said he would give my friend the GT "Belt", which the scammer does actually own. YRG made my friend pay $15, which yes, is obviously to low, but it could slip by on an autistic kid. My friend paid it, since he thought he was getting a cool GT, and he has no knowledge of getting scammed. He also showed me proof, and I even messaged YRG and he indeed said he did scam him but he does not care. It would be great if you could please report him because I don't want things like this happening. I have already bought my friend a new $15 xbox card, so he is fine now, but I'm not happy about the scammer. Once again the user's name on Xbox is "YRG Capo"  (The scammer does not have any known social media)

Reporting him on Xbox is pretty useless and won't do anything, also if anything you will both be punished as the purchase of Xbox Live accounts isn't allowed.

I think you should just take it as a lesson learned and tell your friend the same, it could have been much worse than $15.. hell some people have been scammed $100's. I am sorry to hear you were scammed though, be more careful next time and if you can use a middleman.

If you want, call microsoft and tell them that someone scammed you when you tried to buy their tag "Belt" . It kay get banned.

If this was through Xbox messages just report the messages and he will get perm banned on Xbox LIVE.

At best just tell your friend the truth and tell him that gamertags like that have never been that cheap, so to watch out for stuff like that. Also be sure to warn him that purchasing accounts are against Xbox policies, and he can be banned for this too.

It's a good learning experience.
