Play games without disc?

I have many games installed on my Xbox 360 atm...such as Black ops 1 and 2, mostly all of the Call of Duty's and Battlefield's. Problem is, I don't have any of the discs anymore since my brother took them and I can't get them back lol. Is there anyway to trick the Xbox into playing the game from the Hard drive without the disc?

Also, I'd rather not JTAG or w/e either.

I'm 57% sure the only way to play without a disc, is to have purchased it off of the xbox marketplace.

You can buy an item that lets you play games without disc. It is called xk3y. It will run you around $80.
