How to make ice cream with fried bananas and cashews
Whisk in a blender cup half glass of water, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, condensed milk, cornstarch and two egg yolks. Pour the chocolate cream to a saucepan and bring to boil to thicken. No stirring.
Sweeten the cream with the vanilla sugar and stir. Serve on individual plates and place a few scoops of pineapple, garnished with pineapple chunks and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
