Well since I dislocated my shoulder last year and went to Europe 2 weeks later... I had no treatment for it.
Even though I got back in late October I still didn't get treatment for it... as I was waiting for football to get back up and running.

So I had my first session last week, and now have another one in about 30 mins... But the thing that pisses me off that it charges $75 for like 20 mins work..?
And tbh I don't even know if they do anything, a bit like mechanics, charge you what ever that want and tell you lies just to get your money.
The lady wasn't even sure where the exact spots was but estimated I needed to go 8 times and then other rehab after it, she told me this after I told her I had been to Europe so she thought I had money.

Anyone experience shit like this?

is the place your going to a big buisness or like a local company?
Also did your coach recommend the place that your going to?

Big business and yes.

All she did today was massage it for a bit.

If it's the first time you've seen her then she's just checking to see how damaged your shoulder is. It was the same for my hip flexxer the first few days my physio just massaged it to she how the muscle was. Later, she gave me stretches as the muscle repaired itself to try and strengthen it up again.

I have stretches, but they were the stretches i was already doing from searching online

I don't even know if you can even just get massages for the shoulder seeing as I don't think it's the muscles that are bothering you it may just be the joint.

I go to physio twice a month for my knees... Might end up getting surgery..

That sucks. Knee surgery is never fun. Hopefully it won't cause problems for you later on in life.

It's the tiny muscles around the joint.

The girl said to me, if you dislocate your shoulder below the age of 20, which was me.. you are required to get surgery.

I can vouch for this. My mom has had 4 knee surgeries in the past year. The most recent was a week ago. :stress:
