Hey thanks for reading,

Anyway I'm trying to install my HUGE database back into my forums but it's saying it's two large :O, how can i fix this and upload my database?

You need to contact the web-host and ask them to increase the size limit of a data-base you can upload of phpMyAdmin.

Nope, afraid not.
Contact them again and say that the changed hasn't had an effect.
