Astronomers have captured what may be the first-ever direct photograph of an alien planet in the process of forming around a nearby star.
This star is 335 light years away from Earth and this new planet is about 70 times the distance between the Earth and sun away from its star.
Why is this important? Because this is how worlds form! That is almost impossible to even fathom.
