Phished account questions.

If you have a phised account that you changed the WLiD of, but still has a prepaid credit card on it until the 18th before I can remove, is it safe to put on my xbox yet? Wait till the 18th when the CC is removed? Or never recover it?

Thanks, and if you have any other suggestions to help me secure it further feel free to post them.
 
Well just dont recover it if your planing on selling it. If you arent selling, wait awhile before recovering, even after the CC was removed
 
If it is phished and at some stage the owner calls it in, you risk everything man. Are you talking about purchasing "AK47" on HF? Because fuck man, I would see why you would want to ask these questions.
 
phished accounts are never truly safe to put on a xbox

No it's nothing like that, it's a random High Tenure account I paid cheap for off someone that Phised it, I changed the password and everything, I just can't remove the CC until the Zune runs out.

At first I didn't change the WLiD, and he recovered it, then he forgot to remove my number, I got it back, changed the WLiD, and secured it further then I did before. I want to use it myself as it has a lot of nice DLC's on it. Is it safe to recover, or not yet/not at all?
 

How did you change the WLID without recovering it to your console? If you have recovered it, the console ID is associated with that account now regardless.

To be honest I have no fucking clue, I'm guessing it was older then a year (says created in 09) And it had a WLiD change available, which I used.

Ok, that sounds pretty legit man. But yeah, at the end of the day recovering it will always be a risk.
 
apostle just call xbox saying you want to cancel your memberships and remove your CC and you can get it done instantly silly
 
You should honestly just sell it instead of risking the console ban in my opinion, it isn't worth the risk.

I do not think questions like this are allowed on fk since it has to do with illegal means or hacking. That account though will most likely get you banned.
 
If it has been recovered onto your Xbox , you may get a console ban , also wait till the 18th.

You can call it and get the zune cancelled sooner.
