Perma-Ban. [Please Help]

I just got perma banned for who knows what.
All im wondering is...Is there a way to unban my profile,? or is there a way to atleast get on it to look at messages etc.??/
Please help.

From xbox.com and no there is no up to date unbanning method right now

yea call ms support lol theyll help you figure out what happened.
 
check your email, it will tell you why you were banned. Unfortunately there is no PUBLIC swapping method. what that means is that if you buy a private method off of hf or somewhere then you can swap the gamertag on a fresh silver or regular account. What sucks is that considering you are changing the gamertag then you wot be able to transfer any dlc or stats you have on the account.

That was my next question...How can i swap the gamertag to a new profile??
 
Try phoning them up and asking why you was banned. Say your account was being used by somebody else.
