Call of Duty Perm Banned?

I got a recovery service and got my acc jacked to 15th 80 and top 10 world for kills score and wins.. After 2-3 werks I was taken off the leaderboards and I cant play MW3 multiplayer as it says cannot connect to server... This has beej happening for a month..

How do I get unbanned..

As above users said you are perma banned, but u try to contact their support to make a way out.

Well I guess it could be a 2 month ban or 3 month but I'm 90% sure you are perm banned and won't be able to play again
