1. Download the plugins needed.
2. Download Base 02 font.(Optional)
3. Open Paint.net and type whatever you want.
3A. Go to Effects > Align Object and choose Center
4. Create a new layer.
5. Select the ellipse tool and select Draw filled shape
6.Draw 2 ellipses over your text in whatever color you want.
6A. Go to Effects > Align Object and choose Center
7. Go to Effects > Distort > Drop Ripples and set your settings like mine.
8. Go to Effects > Distort > Dents and set your settings like mine.
9. Click on the background layer.
10. Choose the magic wand tool.
11. Click anywhere except the text.
12. Click back on your second layer and click cut.
13. Save as whatever you want .png
14. Enjoy (As you get better with this you can try different stuff)
