Hi, I cant run CoD4 at 333FPS on the lowest graphic settings.

WHAT THE FUCK

can somebody explain why?

Damn dude your CPU is on fire! As far as hardware goes you should be able to run it, your OS on the other hand may be what's causing the issues as COD4 was designed to run on XP not Windows Vista/7/8.
