PC hack and slash ARPGs

By that I mean a gameplay style close to games like Vindictus, Dragon Nest, Continent of the Ninth, Blade & Soul, etc. (The game doesn't have to be online though)
I know games like Diablo and Oblivion are considered to be Hack and slash, but that's really not the kind of game I'm looking for.
Thank you kindly for any suggestions, I'll be sure to check out every one of them!

I don't really know what you mean buy hack n slash, I guess I'm a noob now but maybe dragon age 2? And you have to admit that diablo is one of the most amazing game series.
