To verify it? I did it with a green dot card I bought from walmart iv'e had my paypal for nearly a year.

Maybe a Green Dot card or a Pre-paid Visa card. The ones where you just add money onto it at the store with cash. You might be able to link it to your pp. Im not sure though.
