does anyone know the owner of this paypal? User has opened a dispute of $10 for some unknown reason and I would like to find out who owns the paypal.

Last night kid from another forum charged backed on me his shit got limited fucked up my whole pp i fixed it now but it was a bitch in the ass i owed a nigga money

I went to have a look at my paypal today after I gave a response to it about asking them to close the case and take out the funds seeing as I couldn't refund him for whatever the fuck I owed him for, I got a little shock when I found the dispute had vanished.. I have no clue where it went but the money is no longer being held/frozen and I can spend my funds on whatever the fuck I want. I don't know what happened LOL, have I won the dispute or has he just closed it expecting the funds to be sent?
