Well, I'm now like in a shitty position, and just lost $115..

How exactly can I get it back? It's because the person who sent it to me got his PayPal limited, he has followed some of the steps such as Photo ID, address confirmation, credit card.. will they unlimit him and stop the payments from being on hold so I receive my money?

his paypal was probably not verified or even at that since he mentioned he was underage falsified, therefore unless @sell can get it fixed it'll remain on hold, but best way is to actually call PP directly to see if theres a solution.

I didn't get the payment from @sell , it was from a bestmate within the community

@emp it was my friends pp not a random 1
 
I think they don't send money if his account was not verified. Hope you get this after his matter will be cleared.
