This is the right section. It also says requests.
 
Umm.. I was gunna help but I guess that @Glitter Milk is helping by giving you 5 cents. I'd never thought I'd say that, and yeah, its in the right place.

You have to put quotations marks to tag a user with a space and yes "@glitter milk" is very helpful
