My PayPal decided to go limited a few days ago so they held a donation I made to a forum. Now my PayPal isn't Limited anymore, I've fixed that. It's just the payment is still held and I don't know how to fix that. Do I just have to wait? or?
 
They probably have to accept the payment first.
 
All you can do is wait.

It's a new policy with paypal, they hold payments from people they deem suspicious.
