paypal verify question

hey guys, so i have been getting kind of frustrated with my whole paypal situation. so i'll tell you exactly where am at, and hopefully you can help me from there . So i'm 17, and my older bro made me a paypal account and he tried to link my bank account to it but it wouldn't work. i think it's because im a minor. since i'm a minor i do not have a credit card, so i can't verify it using that either. so here i am, with an unverified paypal account that i can only put money into by someone sending me it as a gift. is there anyway i can put money into my paypal, or verify my paypal without a credit card? and someone said something about a prepaid credit card.. Does this work on unverified accounts?

What im saying is, get a prepaid and put it on your paypal so you get verified.

how would that work? a prepaid visa doesn't have require your billing adress and personal info..does it? and would paypal except that ?

Yes on a prepaid you can go on the website and enter in your billing address.

May be th actual credit card you are using the type of it.
