Sensai said:You could buy a prepaid debit card. Money Pak is not really an option because of the verification process they have now. Their new verification process = the SS, name, street, DOB, etc have to EXACTLY match the info on your PayPal or they'll limit you.
I would say just buy a pre paid debit card.

If you did put your real date of birth just close the account and make a new one.
