Can i sell my RSGP on an unverified paypal? because my mom wont let me link my bank account to my paypal.

Just be wary that they send as gift so you don't get a chargeback.
 
Well you can do it on an unverified Canadian paypal, but it's easier to get limited.

They can if they say their account was hacked, but way less a chance than if they just send it normally.

I think if you don't have a credit card on your paypal, you can't send any cash. So be sure to put one on there.

Canadians have like a $2000 US dollar limit on sending.

Because I have multiple canadian PP cards he could use but yea hes american
