PayPal Question

If I had people send as a gift every-time and write in the notes -

"I am the owner of this paypal, and I am aware of this transaction. I am satisfied with my baseball cards and will not chargeback."

Would they still be able to chargeback and win? What if I called paypal and told them what they wrote. No way they should win a case imo.

I've done this before back when I dealt on HF a lot, the note does not matter to some PayPal agents when you call, some agents let you win but its rare.
