Paypal Question

So my paypal has been locked and I recently moved to UNI and havent had any mail here yet

i really dont wanna go through all that hassle to unlock my paypal, is there anyway i can resolve this without all that?

is there anyway to take my bank card off of the paypal, so i can create a new one and go about my day again lmao?
