If I was to remove my cc and bank from my current account on PayPal and close it would I still be able to open a new one with the same information.

Yeah, you'd still be able to. I've had 3 PayPal accounts with the same information and was able to verify my account with my bank account.

Ya long as it doesn't have neg balance, and you make sure it's closed u should be fine. or both will get limited and rip ur face
