I recently received $150 on paypal and it says "$150 pending"... It won't let me use the money and anything for some reason.

Anybody know anything? Thanks.

I am not limited and there's no reason to why Philly would beam me.
 
if you aren't verified sometimes paypal puts the payment on hold for 21 days

You just need to add a valid bank account to your account,
Ask your mom or dad if you could add theirs
 
Zack philly sent as goods and services he accidently did it to me once Just refund and tell him to send as friends and fam and you'll be set.

I would rather wait as its not a friends and family payment its a good/service that was paid. It says completed on my end so I will call them up and tell them to complete the payment on  your end as I have done this before as well.

hopefully have a verified paypal. I am working on it
 
im good with paypal but your gonna need a bank .. old methods like virtual banks like etrade dont work
 
I don't think for this one you can make it any faster. I suggest getting a Paypal student debit card, I use it and it's been fine.
