Is there anyone who can tell me what PayPal credit is? I just need a few questions answered.

If I'm not mistaken, it's money that is pending in your balance. Like, say someone sent you money and you're still waiting on it. I could be wrong, I'm pretty sure that's what it is though.

Edit: basically it's there but you can't use it.

I linked my credit card and it gave me $500.

I have no idea dude, I linked my credit card and bank account over a year ago.
Sure wouldn't mind $500 though.
