PayPal question?

Basically, I'll keep it short

My PayPals have been limited:

1st one (last year limited)
2nd one (recently limited, 3-4 days ago)
3rd one (limited today)

The only way I can resolve my third is if I resolve my other two.

How exactly could I make another one without them coming on to me?
 
I would say to create a Canadian PayPal while being on a VPN. Use fakenamegenerator.com and select a region in Canada. It works for me and you do not need to verfiy to send and recieve money.

I'm from the UK though.

Would I have to be on a vpn all the time? Or just on registration

It doesnt matter if you are from the UK. And you do not have to be on a VPN all the time, but I reccomend it whenever you go on that PayPal.

VPN generates a new IP every time you go on it tho?

Canada > UK that ain't gonna work.

It depends what type of VPN you use, there are many with a static IP. It does work, trust me. And its worth a shot... what do you have to lose?

+ @Hydrogen you don't need a VPN to create one, Canada's policy is different to others, they don't give a shit tbh, lol.
